the cost per spin is 25 diamonds. if a user purchases 10 spins at a time, the user will receive an additional free spin. the set of 10+1 spins has a price of 250 diamonds. there is no guarantee that a user will get the rare item for any fixed number of spins but the luck quotient will increase with increasing number of spins and with increase in the luck quotient, the chances of receiving  the rare item increases. So, as the number of spins and diamonds used increases, the chances of receiving rare item increases.
